For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. RUBY RUFUS is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
If you are not completely happy with the product that you have chosen, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of the orders dispatch date. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, credit or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition.
For SALE items, we do not offer a refund, however you may return the product in exchange for another article of clothing OR a credit note.
